Do you deliver to Marrakech?
Yes, we deliver only in Marrakech. Free delivery above a certain amount, otherwise a flat rate applies.
What is the delivery time?
We will contact you to arrange a delivery slot after your order is validated. Usually within 24-48 hours.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Contact us quickly by email or phone. We will do our best to modify or cancel before preparation.
Are products organic?
We offer a selection of organic and quality products. Each product marked "Organic" meets our criteria.
Which neighbourhoods in Marrakech does Khedar deliver to?
Khedar delivers across all Marrakech neighbourhoods including Guéliz, Hivernage, Medina, Palmeraie, Semlalia, Targa, M'Hamid, Sidi Ghanem and surrounding areas. See the delivery page for details.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Delivery days and hours are listed on our delivery page. We aim to offer service 7 days a week subject to availability.

How quickly is an order delivered?
Orders placed before the cut-off time are delivered same-day or next-day depending on the chosen time slot.
Do you sell fresh aromatic herbs?

How do I track or cancel my order?
Log in to your account at khedar.ma to check your order status. To cancel or modify, contact us via the contact page before your order is prepared.
