Description

Rich in Vitamin K (126µg — 105% DV), Vitamin A (166µg), Folate (73µg), Vitamin C (9.2mg), and Chlorophyll. Its high water content (95%) makes it ultra-hydrating and light. Lettuce contains Lactucopicrin, a mildly sedative compound known since antiquity. Perfect in salads, wraps, sandwiches, or as garnish.
